About the program
Lead the people side of change so new processes, systems, and reorganizations actually stick. Participants learn the ACMP Standard for Change Management, build a full change plan, and prepare for the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) credential through ACMP.
What you'll do
- Assess change impact, readiness, and stakeholder groups
- Build change, communication, and training plans
- Coach sponsors and managers through resistance and adoption
- Measure adoption and reinforce changes after go-live
- Partner with project and process improvement teams on rollouts
- Apply military experience leading units through reorganizations, fielding, and transitions
