SkillBridge Search helps service members discover SkillBridge opportunities and helps employers, recruiters, and related partners connect with potential candidates. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may share it.

By using SkillBridge Search or submitting information through the site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, branch of service, rank, MOS, ETS date, employer details, account credentials, profile information, messages, and any other details you choose to submit.

How We Use Information

We may share profile, contact, and opportunity-related information with employers, recruiters, staffing firms, training providers, and other talent or workforce partners that may contact you about SkillBridge, internship, transition, recruiting, or employment-related opportunities.
