SkillBridge Search helps service members discover SkillBridge opportunities and helps employers, recruiters, and related partners connect with potential candidates. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may share it.

By using SkillBridge Search or submitting information through the site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, branch of service, rank, MOS, ETS date, employer details, account credentials, profile information, messages, and any other details you choose to submit.

We may also collect usage and device information such as IP address, browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, referral sources, and interactions with our site. We may collect this information through cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies.

We use information to operate the site, create and maintain accounts, match users with opportunities, improve search results, communicate with users, respond to support requests, analyze product usage, prevent misuse, and develop new features and services.

We may also use information to facilitate introductions or outreach between candidates and employers, recruiters, staffing partners, training providers, or other workforce-related partners.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, analytics, communications, payments, authentication, and customer support vendors.

We may share profile, contact, and opportunity-related information with employers, recruiters, staffing firms, training providers, and other talent or workforce partners that may contact you about SkillBridge, internship, transition, recruiting, or employment-related opportunities.

We may also disclose or make available information as part of sponsored introductions, referral arrangements, recruiting support, talent-matching services, or other commercial partnerships related to operating and growing SkillBridge Search. In some cases, we may receive compensation in connection with those arrangements.

SkillBridge Search is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly sell the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16 without any consent required by applicable law.
