SkillBridge Search provides tools, listings, profiles, search functionality, and related services intended to help service members discover opportunities and help employers, recruiters, and related partners connect with potential candidates.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for activity that occurs through your account.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or unauthorized information through the site.

By submitting your information through SkillBridge Search, you acknowledge that employers, recruiters, staffing firms, training providers, and other workforce-related partners may review your information and contact you regarding opportunities, services, or related offerings.

We do not guarantee interviews, placements, internships, employment, hiring outcomes, or employer responsiveness. Any decision to engage with a candidate or employer is made by the relevant third party, not by SkillBridge Search.

SkillBridge Search may work with employers, recruiters, staffing firms, referral partners, advertisers, and other commercial partners.

We may receive fees, referral payments, subscription revenue, sponsorship fees, recruiting or matching fees, or other compensation in connection with listings, introductions, communications, referrals, or services made available through the platform.

You may use the service only for lawful, authorized purposes related to discovering, evaluating, promoting, or filling opportunities.

You may not scrape the site, reverse engineer the service, interfere with site security, harvest user data without authorization, bypass access controls, send unlawful spam, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

The service, including its design, branding, content, and software, is owned by SkillBridge Search or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed by us, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the service or its content.

If you submit content, profile information, listings, messages, or other materials to the site, you grant SkillBridge Search a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, and make that content available as needed to operate, improve, promote, and support the service.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit that content and to grant this license.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or us, or used the service in an unauthorized or unlawful way.

You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillBridge Search disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

We do not guarantee that listings, profiles, contact information, partner opportunities, or site content will be complete, accurate, current, or successful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillBridge Search and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of business opportunity, or business interruption arising out of or related to the service.

If applicable law does not allow the exclusion of certain damages, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date, post the revised Terms on the site, and take any additional steps we believe are appropriate.
