About the program
Lead process improvement projects that cut waste, reduce errors, and save money. Participants learn the full DMAIC toolkit, apply it to a practical project, and earn a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification through Lean Alaska partnered with ASQ.
What you'll do
- Lead small-to-mid-scope DMAIC improvement projects from charter to control plan
- Measure process performance and calculate baseline capability
- Run root cause analysis with fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, and Pareto charts
- Apply basic statistics, including hypothesis testing and control charts
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Build on military experience in logistics, maintenance, or operations planning
Eligibility
Can accept GI Bill for certifications
