About the program
Lead complex, high-impact improvement projects and coach the teams that run them. Participants master advanced statistical and Lean tools, lead a project to measurable results, and earn a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification through Lean Alaska partnered with ASQ.
What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional DMAIC projects with measurable financial or operational targets
- Apply advanced statistics: regression, design of experiments (DOE), and capability analysis
- Design control plans that keep improvements in place after the project closes
- Coach and mentor Green Belts and Yellow Belts
- Select and scope projects with leadership and stakeholders
- Convert military leadership and planning experience into enterprise improvement leadership
