Come work in America's first National Forest, home to grizzly bears, bison, wolves, moose and elk. The South Zone of the Shoshone National Forest is comprised of 2 Districts with 9 campgrounds and hundreds of miles of roads and trails to explore.

What you'll do

This position is working in the developed recreation department stationed on the Wind River Ranger District in Dubois, WY. Job duties include: patrolling campgrounds, camper and visitor interactions, maintenance of Forest Service campgrounds and day use areas, general grounds maintenance and stocking of vault toilets.

Good to know

You will be responsible for housing costs. Government bunkhouse space is available at the Forest Service compound located in Dubois, WY.
