SRI Management - Job Training Program
About the program
The goal of this internship is to provide the DoD SkillBridge Intern with the training necessary to successfully find employment as a Senior Living Executive Director. By leveraging the intern's management and leadership experience and SRI Managements training, a career with the company could begin as soon as the intern departs active duty.
What you'll do
The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable state, federal and local regulations and guidelines pertaining to the operation of a senior living community, in all departments including resident care, social services, activities, housekeeping, dining and sales and marketing.
Good to know
This internship opportunity is individually developed based on the available time frame of the transitioning service member. The minimum amount of time required in order to fully participate in the training available through this opportunity is 15 weeks.
