Administrative Training Coordinator - Job Training Program

Shadow outreach, recruitment, and enrollment staff to interview, and enroll participants in NIT training and coordinate with funders and training opportunity.

This position is responsible for the various duties of customer service, admissions, and enrollment. This includes the following recruitment activities: adult vocational skills program enrollment, including student orientations, outreach events, student file management, campus tours, prerequisite collection, grant specific recruitment, and graduate follow up.

This intern opportunity is in Palmer, Alaska. Intern participants must be able to pass a background check and a drug test, lift 50 pounds, work with a diverse group of individuals, enjoy the minute details of full cycle enrollment, and enthusiastically interact with clients. Attention to detail and providing exceptional customer service is a must. This team works with a variety of clients from multiple locations across Alaska and in other states. Daily tasks include management of day-to-day enrollment, including utilizing Salesforce and student applications, answering multi-line phone system, and coordinating, scheduling, and staffing outreach events.
