About the program
Construction General Contractor. Applicant will be given resources to study for and take the State exam. Successful completion will result in a General Contractor license issued by the state of Florida.
What you'll do
General Contractor trainees are involved in project management, on-site construction visits, contract creation, management, and oversight; elements of building design; research and development of construction best practices; and other general project management. The objective is to create General Contractors who gain hands on experience with residential and/or commercial real estate and ultimately obtain their GC license.

Candidates need to be motivated, self-starters with a passion for real estate and a proven track record of successfully completing demanding coursework in pursuit of certifications and degrees. Candidates need to have 20-30 hours per week to devote to completing the training.
