Real estate marketing / real estate agent track. Candidates will study and execute various real-world real estate marketing techniques including market research, data mining and aggregation, direct mail, personal networking events, social media marketing, and signage. Candidates will be encouraged to obtain a Real Estate Agent license.

Candidates must be self-starters, motivated, and have regular access to transportation, internet, a computer, and printer to enable training and practical exercises.
