Heroes MAKE America - Logistics - Job Training Program
About the program
Heroes MAKE America provides our participants with the skills and certifications to find and excel in careers in manufacturing. Our program is a combination of soft skills, on-line training, classroom instruction, and hands-on lab time. Participants who successfully complete the program receive the nationally portable, industry-recognized certifications. Our Service members participate in networking events and weekly tours of manufacturing companies to connect them to the influencers and career opportunities within those companies. Our program managers also facilitate introductions to manufacturers across the country based on participant preferred work locations. As a supplement, Heroes Connect: Military to Manufacturing is our program to facilitate virtual introductions with manufacturers who are hiring today. Heroes graduates have secured careers in a variety of roles such as production, maintenance, logistics, and operations.
