Field Coordinator

The objective of this program is to prepare the participant for a civilian career in field operations and construction management. The intern will develop practical skills in jobsite operations, site logistics, daily coordination, safety planning, trade partner and subcontractor support, field documentation, quality awareness, construction technology, communication, problem solving, and supervised field execution while learning to operate effectively in dynamic construction environments.

As a Field Coordinator intern, the participant will gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day jobsite execution on complex construction projects. The intern will work alongside superintendents, project managers, engineers, and trade partners while developing practical skills in site logistics, daily coordination, safety planning, subcontractor support, field documentation, quality awareness, and construction technology.
