Critical Infrastructure Intelligence Initiative (CI3) Logistics Specialist

As a member of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s Office of the National Coordinator (ONC), you will work with regional personnel at federal agencies (CISA, DHS I&A, FBI, National Guard) and State and Local Fusion Centers to track CI3 participation. This includes ensuring updated clearance passing procedures, and that each of the participating sites is accurately documented in the CI3 Participation Tracker Tool. As the Participation Tracker Tool and Regional Outreach Portfolio Lead you will support the CI3 Program lead responsible for managing all aspects of the successful and growing CI3 program which brings actionable and timely classified information to cleared critical infrastructure partners across the country. This includes coordinating with the ONC’s Intra CISA Lead, ONC’s Interagency Lead, and developing a monthly participation report for regional staff and SRMAs. Students will learn the centralized logistics programs that support a diverse mission and workforce that spans all critical infrastructure across the entire nation. This position is ideal for transitioning service members with classified briefing, administrative, operations, and planning experience operations as it offers professional growth in a dynamic and impactful environment.

TS/SCI REQUIRED! Experience working with the Intelligence Community required. Program or Project Management expertise will be useful (e.g. PMP, etc). Skills to analyze coordination and communication processes and improve processes, review drafted communication and meeting notes and provide clear and direct feedback to enhance products, Lead interagency project planning meetings, clear and direct email communication, exemplary organizational skills.
