Provide internship for nationally registered EMT s or Paramedics. Provide internship for State of Florida Firefighter 2 (Career). Must be certified prior to application and contacting department.

Eligibility #1Must be a nationally registered EMT, Paramedic, or Florida certified Firefighter level IIEligibility #2If the above criteria are not met, then Baker County Fire Rescue is now in a posture to allow service members to attend EMT school and work at same time. This will be a hybrid program where the member will attend school during the week as well as attend work for OJT. The caveat is that BCFR will not pay for said certification. The member is responsible for 100% tuition.
