Associates will be able to professionally navigate our office environment and complete the outlined day-to-day tasks; be able to effectively use our customer management software to generate and maintain leads; understand and complete commercial real estate sales while also generating the outlined reports and documents; understand and complete investment real estate sales while also generating the outlined reports and documents; understand and be able to execute effective marketing campaigns to generate and maintain customer leads and sell property; understand, create, and amend all the used contract and addenda with accuracy and within legal and ethical lanes.
