We are seeking Dependable and highly motivated individuals to fill a key position on our team as a Fence installer.As a Fence installer, you will be working both independently and with a team to complete daily task that include, Digging, grading, staging material and installing fence in a timely manner.
What you'll do
As a Fence installer, you will be working both independently and with a team to complete daily task that include, Digging, grading, staging material and installing fence in a timely manner. What you’ll be doing:
- Work within a team atmosphere to build different types of high-quality Residential fences.
- Able to work independently and with a team to complete task.
- Work outside in all weather conditions.
- Use hand tools and powered digging equipment.
- Read a pack slip and pull job lots for upcoming projects.
- Keep Truck, Job site, and warehouse in a clean organized manner.
- Other duties as assigned.Who you are: Candidates must possess a sense of empathy, with a focus on ensuring the best experience for our customers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where quality is a daily expectation.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift heavy objects, 80+ pounds.
- Fence industry experience is a plus.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
- Reliable transportation
- Dependability is a must.
- Forklift experience a plus
