AppraisalU - Job Training Program

The skills taught in this course will provide students with the tools and knowledge necessary to become proficient in the appraisal process and competent Trainee Real Estate Appraisers. As students learn the steps of the appraisal process, analyze data, and identify and describe property materials and conditions, students will improve their industry knowledge.

Partner with a Certified Residential Appraiser who will be your dedicated mentor over the next 6 months. Trainee responsibilities include learning to appraise real property, recommending changes in valuation, investigating customer complaints, collecting required information from various sources to inform real property valuations.
