Program Description

Our SKILLBRIDGE program will be focused on teaching interns how to leverage knowledge and skills gained as a navy nuclear power submarine officer as a consultant with MKG GROUP. Leveraging our senior military leadership and c-suite executive experience, we partner with financial and governmentsponsors to provide project solutions and interim management to navigate complex transformations throughout multiple sectors and industries. As a consultant intern, a SkillBridge intern will spend time at MKG HQ in Covington, LA, on travel in support of current consulting orders, and working from home.All travel will be funded by MKG GROUP.

Job Description

MKG GROUP desires to establish a Skillbridge Internship opportunity to allow senior naval nuclear power submarine officers a chance to leverage their unique experiences and skills as a consultant for MKG GROUP. These skills include engineering and technical expertise associated with the day to dayoperations and maintenance of Naval Nuclear Power Propulsion systems, training/administration/ and regulatory compliance with this system. With the new AUKUS program between Austrailia, UK and the US for the eventual delivery, operation and maintenance of nuclear powered submarines to Australia, there is a deep need for subject matter expertise to build this capability from the ground up. MKG GROUP is already supporting this effort and sees real potential for growth.
