About the program
At Pilot Company, we are excited to offer active-duty service members the opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience and exposure to industries during their military service. These programs are designed to enhance your skill sets in preparation for your post-military careers.
What you'll do
As a manager, you’ll oversee retail, restaurant or travel center operations at one or more of our 750 travel center locations. You’ll build, coach and supervise teams to deliver daily, monthly and yearly excellence. Managers are critical to the execution of business plans to help the company achieve standards, sales and profit objectives.Most importantly, managers are responsible for team member and guest satisfaction and are vital to making our travel centers a great place to work and shop.
