Program Description

Shugarman's Bath is a family run home remodeling company in San Diego that specializes in bathroom remodeling. Plumbing, carpentry, handyman, demolition, and customer service skills are the fundamental capacities that will be learnedduring the program. Learning experiences will take place both in the field, assisting Lead Installers on live job sites, as well as at our training facility at the company headquarters in San Diego. Upon completion of the SkillBridge program, continuingemployment may be offered for the positions of Assistant Bathroom Installer or even Lead Installer, which features an earning potential of $100,000 - $150,000 / year. Run by three brothers and their father, customer service, collaborative companyculture, and personal development make up the heart and soul of Shugarman's Bath.

Job Description

Construction and remodeling. Rough and finish plumbing, rough and finish carpentry/framing, bathroom remodeling, tub/shower expert, handyman.
