The Brough Brothers Distillery was recognized by Kentucky's Senate as the state's first African American-owned distillery in 2020 and SkillBridge-approved program that provides transition Soldiers and their spouses with FREE job training in the Spirit Industry. Our distillery will provide job opportunities, and strong career paths for the trainees in a high demand industry worldwide.

Job Description

Conduct staffing and hiring, post employment announcement on several platforms. Handle financial aspect, work closely with the manager, and act as a liaison between the CEO, CCO, Manager and employees. Acts on promotion, demotion paperwork and payroll. Handle and respond to inquiries, complaints, and maintains effective working relationship with all customers.
