Job Description

Our Operations team is looking for Operations Specialists to own key functional areas of purchase optimization through order processing and vendor selection. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset, is detail-oriented, and has a knack for process improvement. The day-to-day work environment revolves around order processing and client catalog upload requests. You will be making and completing purchases for clients' orders.Responsibilities:- Vendor Order processing - process individual vendor orders to fulfill our clients' needs by ensuring we are utilizing the correct login accounts/payments- Client Catalog Uploads - data entry of client catalog information by extracting relevant data for a product (SKU, Image, Name, Price)- Collaborate with internal teams by resolving any issues and streamlining the client purchasing experience to make the Order experience as valuable as possible- Recommend workflow and platform improvements to operations and tech leadership to improve internal efficiency- Create a pleasant client experience by paying close attention to details of client orders and the accuracy of order placementQualifications:- Impeccable attention to detail- Proactive in identifying process improvements- Clear communicator, especially when interacting virtually- Comfort handling recurring tasks Experience with current business softwares or similar consumer apps (e.g. Slack & Messenger)- Team player willing to help others and work collaboratively in service of a common goal
