T & T Lanco Inc - Job Training Program

T&T/Lanco currently employs military veterans and would like to help military service members transition into the civilian career field with multiple opportunities for employment. Participating members will receive on the job training as well as specialized training with a journeyman instructor.

The objective is to provide the service member with Indepth training to develop the skills necessary to begin a successful career in the HVAC-R field.

Member must be able to work 30-40 hours per week to satisfy requirements. Must have valid driver's license. Must pass drug test and criminal background check.
