Program Description

MISSION The Operations Rotating General Analyst role represents an opportunity to learn, gain experience, and perform analyst duties as you rotate across multiple Operations teams. The Operations General Analyst will work closely with numerous department Mangers, project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members to help deliver exceptional client service and successful project execution. The specific asks of this role will vary depending on team assignment, however the general responsibilities, requirements, and skills below outline aspects of an individual ripe for success on any of our Operations teams.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Provide excellent client service Utilize analytical skills to identify possible process and workflow enhancements. Provide task-driven and project coordination support to the Department Manager or Project Manager. Perform assigned workflow tasks from inception to completion with minimal assistance. Cross-train with other Senior Associates to provide back-up coverage for critical functions. Provide training for associates, when necessary. Allocate team resources to ensure the smooth and timely processing of all work items handled by the team. Updating client information. Participating in assigned projects as needed REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Self-directed with an ability to prioritize and organize work assignments and multi-task effectively across various projects. Adaptability – when changes occur, can you adapt and thrive? Effective problem- solving skills with an ability to provide solutions in a pro-active, timely manner. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms when needed. Process improvement orientation. Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate Janney values.
