CACI’s SkillBridge program provides internships for transitioning Service members by exposing and integrating them into a corporate environment prior to the military separation. This program benefits the company because of the discipline, skillset, values and work ethic that interns bring to the company and in the three years of sponsoring the program FY20 through FY22, 70% of the interns have been hired by CACI upon military separation.
