The Lake County SkillBridge Program will provide service members with transition tools to thrive in a civilian career after active duty. It will provide service members with exposure to Lake County as a potential employer, offer service members with work experience in a government business environment, and provide Lake County with a pipeline of future talent that has already been exposed to the organization and culture.
