Program Description

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW: F45 SkillBridge General Management Training Program: We will host an up to 180 day Internship Training Program(s) to help Service Members convert their military experience into the fitness industry as General (Studio) Managers. This training program prepares participants to become F45 Coaches and F45 General Managers, while also preparing them to become F45 Operators at the completion of the program and following their last day of active duty military service (EAS). In addition to providing the foundational fitness certification and on-the-job training required to become a certified F45 Coach, interns in this program will take a variety of business, finance and entrepreneurial college courses, work with subject matter experts across the business sector, and learn from mentors to implement best practices at F45 Training. The entire program will conclude with a culmination real-world business/operational plan. CERTIFICATIONS THEY WILL EARN: Participating Service Members will obtain fitness and business/entrepreneurial certifications upon completion of the SkillBridge Program from the following list of applicable college courses: Certified Personal/Fitness Trainer Certification (minimum requirement to work in the fitness industry), CPR Certification (including AED & First Aid) (minimum requirement to work in the fitness industry), BUS204: Business and Management Principles, BUS115: Introduction to Marketing, COMM203: Customer Service Principles, BUS207: Entrepreneurship, PD103: Professional and Career Development, COMM121: Interpersonal Relations *Note: If an intern enters this SkillBridge Program as a Certified Fitness/Personal Trainer, they will take an additional business/entrepreneurial college course during Month 1.
