About the program
The Spitfire Elite Consulting SkillBridge program opportunity is twofold. (1) Spitfire Elite offers Industry-leading employment skills coaching and preparation for aviators from any service seeking aviation-industry in-cockpit employment. Training includes flight deck leadership, profile/resume/application coaching, and specific skills and knowledge to navigate competitive, niche HR recruiting and interviewing processes. (2) For select SkillBridge applicants from any service and any background (aviation preferred), a master-class on start-up entrepreneurship to include leadership, management, training development, and all back-office functions related to building and growing a small business.

Pilot, aviator. A few select applicants can come from any aviation-related military occupation.

Spitfire Elite's mission is to do whatever it takes to help pilots land their dream job. As a SkillBridge intern with an aviation background, you will receive the benefits of our industry-leading training and coaching, and/or work with our leadership team to develop and deliver said training at scale in service to a rapidly-growing and lucrative industry. For most applicants, this experience will be remote/online; select few may work with us in a hybrid capacity in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
