About the program
Forrest Properties LLC will teach rental management including our online tracking program, scheduling maintenance, move-ins, move-outs, general maintenance, marketing to find new tenants, showing the properties as they become available, tracking expenses, and providing reports.We will also train on Office Management and basic processing for Real Estate Transactions to include maintaining files, office tasks, spreadsheets, and other office duties.
What you'll do
This program will lead to successful portfolio management for someone wanting to start buying investment properties, or who already have investment properties. Being able to manage 30+ properties is marketable in any large area. It will also train on basic office skills and file management for Real Estate.
Eligibility
Basic Computer Skills, forward-thinking, ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast-paced work environment
