Command and Control Specialist
About the program
The Command and Control Specialist will first undergo a company orientation and gain a broad understanding of DoW contracting. After the first month, the intern will move to an onsite support role specializing in Command and Control at a Combatant Command.
What you'll do
The Command & Control (C2) Analyst supports the planning, coordination, and integration of mission systems that enable military commanders to maintain situational awareness and make informed operational decisions. Working alongside experienced engineers, analysts, and military subject matter experts, the intern will develop an understanding of command and control concepts, interoperability, mission systems, coalition operations, and information-sharing processes across Department of War organizations and mission partners. The position provides hands-on experience supporting operational analysis, requirements development, stakeholder coordination, systems integration, and technical planning while building the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful transition into a civilian career supporting defense command and control operations.
