About the program
The Beam Farms, Inc. SkillBridge Program is designed to provide transitioning service members with structured, hands-on training in the essential functions of a growing agricultural products and transportation business. Participants will progress through three major business areas: Office Administration, Daily Operations, and Logistics Management.The program is designed to develop marketable civilian workforce skills while providing practical experience in customer service, business administration, inventory control, equipment management, transportation logistics, and operational planning.
What you'll do
The Beam Farms, Inc. SkillBridge Operations Management Trainee Program provides transitioning service members with comprehensive training in office administration, logistics coordination, inventory management, customer service, transportation planning, and small business operations. Participants gain hands-on experience working across all major functions of the company while receiving direct mentorship from company leadership. Successful completion prepares participants for careers in operations, logistics, dispatching, transportation coordination, inventory control, and business management.
