What you'll do
This 120-day training program is for a GS-12/13 Management Analyst within the Commander Navy Region Southwest (CNRSW), N5 Integration Planning & Governance department. The primary focus is on developing expertise in Navy manpower systems, data integrity, program evaluation, and strategic advisory. The analyst will master key systems such as the Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS) and Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS), conduct comprehensive data audits, and learn the Shore Manpower Requirements Determination (SMRD) process. The program culminates with the analyst providing data-driven recommendations to the Personnel Management Board and delivering a final capstone briefing to senior leadership, demonstrating readiness for autonomous operations.
