About the program

The MSSA Cleared Talent Accelerator (MCTA) is a bespoke program designed to prepare military-affiliated participants with Top Secret-SCI+ clearances. The program offers two different learning paths with each path targeting 2 distinct Microsoft-specific roles: MCTA Learning path 1: Consultant and Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) roles MCTA Learning path 2: Project Manager (PjM) and Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) roles In addition to security clearance requirements, this program has a duration of 90 days, targeting transitioning service members who otherwise would not be able to take advantage of a longer program under service restrictions for Skillbridge. Like our standard MSSA offerings, this program also blends professional development with technical training tailored for these job roles.

What you'll do

The MCTA program is a custom offering within MSSA, targeting candidates based on qualifications and technical interests, and aligns graduates with Microsoft-specific roles needing high clearances. Corporate partner companies may also source talent from this program. Consultant and Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) learning path This track is set to begin on 22 February 2027, with an application window and rolling admissions starting on 05 October 2026. Candidates must satisfy admissions requirements, including prerequisite learning and clearance verification. The Consultant and Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) curriculum focuses on cloud infrastructure, PowerShell, GitHub, Azure administration, Identity and Access Administration, and AI, integrating a customized version of professional development content. Project Manager (PjM) and Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) learning path This track will start in April 2027, with an application window and rolling admissions starting in December 2026, also with a unique set of prerequisites. The Project Manager (PjM) and Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) curriculum focuses on Project Management Professional training, in addition to Agile development practices, contracting, change management, and a broad range of fundamental technical topics aligned to various Microsoft technologies
