Operational and technical program management of the CDPS DoW Skillbridge Program, technical assistance to applicants interested in CDPS programs, planning and coordination of events, working with CDPS program managers on making their projects, internships publicized for Skillbridge intern placements.

Direct the end-to-end administration and technical infrastructure of the CDPS Department of War (DoW) SkillBridge Program; establish streamlined workflows, track participant metrics, and ensure strict compliance with Department of War (DoW) guidelines and organizational standards. Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for SkillBridge applicants; provide comprehensive technical guidance, application troubleshooting, and strategic career alignment to transition active-duty service members into CDPS program. Conceptualize, plan, and execute program-specific events, including orientation sessions, networking seminars, and recruitment briefings, to optimize stakeholder engagement and program visibility. Partner closely with internal CDPS program managers to identify operational needs, package complex projects into viable internship opportunities, and strategically market available placements to attract high-caliber military talent.
