HVAC Dispatcher & Office Operations Specialist
About the program
HVAC Dispatcher & Office Operations Specialists support the daily office and dispatch functions of an HVAC company. Participants receive hands-on training in customer service, scheduling, technician dispatch, ServiceTitan, work-order administration, customer and technician communication, documentation, invoicing support, and general office operations.
What you'll do
Participants will train for civilian employment in HVAC dispatch and office operations. Duties may include answering customer calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching and coordinating technicians, updating customer and job information in ServiceTitan, monitoring daily schedules, communicating appointment and service updates, maintaining work-order documentation, assisting with invoicing and administrative records, and performing general office support functions. Participants will gain experience coordinating communication between customers, technicians, service managers, and other company personnel.
Eligibility
Target military occupations
Open to all MOSs, AFSCs, Ratings, and military occupational specialties. Experience in operations, logistics, administration, customer service, scheduling, maintenance coordination, or dispatch is beneficial but not required.
No prior HVAC experience required. Participants should demonstrate professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, effective verbal and written communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and an interest in customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or office operations. Training is conducted in person and requires regular interaction with customers, technicians, and company personnel.
