Administrative Support Technician - HR
About the program
During the SkillBridge application process, a detailed training plan is required to identify training objectives, defined tasks, and a schedule of events. This Administrative Support Technician Training Plan provides structured exposure to administrative support operations, personnel processing, records management, correspondence management, timekeeping procedures, mail handling, PEAK training coordination, and commander support functions within a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). Training progresses from foundational administrative procedures and compliance requirements to hands-on execution of personnel support, records management, scheduling, and office automation functions. Following each training period, the participant will be assessed on knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the designated curriculum. Training is based on USMEPCOM operational requirements and reflects real-world administrative support functions performed within a MEPS.
