Contracts Intern

Mass Virtual is seeking a DoW SkillBridge Contracts Intern to work alongside our Contracts team and gain hands-on experience supporting federal and commercial contracting environments.This internship is designed for transitioning service members interested in developing civilian experience in government contracts, acquisition, procurement, or related business operations. The participant will support contract administration, documentation, compliance, internal coordination, and the business processes required to support government customers.

Depending on experience, SkillBridge objectives, and current business needs, the participant may assist with:Supporting contract administration activities throughout the contract lifecycle.Reviewing, organizing, and maintaining contract files, correspondence, modifications, and supporting documentation.Tracking contract requirements, deliverables, deadlines, modifications, and administrative actions.Supporting the review and organization of solicitations, requests for proposals (RFPs), statements of work (SOWs), task orders, and other contractual documents.Assisting with contract data entry, recordkeeping, reporting, and document management.Researching contract requirements, clauses, policies, and federal acquisition requirements.Helping maintain accurate and complete contract records in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements.Supporting the preparation, review, and routing of contractual correspondence and documentation.Coordinating with Finance, Business Development, Program Management, Operations, Security, and other internal teams to support contract requirements.Assisting with internal process documentation and continuous improvement efforts.Learning how contractual requirements translate into financial, technical, operational, and program responsibilities.Gaining practical exposure to the federal contracting environment and the role of a Contracts organization within a government contractor
