What you'll do
LEAP offers transitioning service members the opportunity to immediately contribute to meaningful programs. SkillBridge participants work directly with leadership, gain exposure to aerospace and defense growth strategy, and build experience that translates into long-term industry careers. This SkillBridge role is intended as a pipeline for potential full-time employment but does not guarantee conversion.
