About the program
Internship consists of a 10-week on-the-job-training program. This will provide the computer based and in-person skill necessary to ensure an application for an HRA position in the United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) is bolstered by experience and training in the position.
What you'll do
Serves as a Human Resources Assistant (HRA) in the Processing Element of a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) under the United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM), a joint Department of Defense command responsible for processing applicants into the five branches of military Service (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard). The incumbent provides administrative and operational support to the Reception-Administration Control Desk (RACD), Record Maintenance and Accountability, and Enlistment processing functions, to include fingerprinting of applicants.
