About the program

The Pipeline Inspection Data Analyst SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members with hands-on training in pipeline inspection data analysis, anomaly identification, quality assurance, and technical reporting for Cypress In-Line Inspection, LLC (Cypress) who offers cutting edge inspection services to the municipal water and energy industries to protect people, property, and the environment. Participants work alongside experienced analysts using advanced inspection technologies and proprietary software to evaluate critical water and energy infrastructure data. This program develops highly transferable analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills while preparing participants for potential full-time careers in pipeline inspection and integrity management.

What you'll do

The Pipeline Inspection Data Analyst SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members with hands-on training in the analysis of pipeline inspection data used to support the safe operation of critical water and energy infrastructure throughout North America. Participants work alongside experienced analysts and industry professionals to learn in-line inspection (ILI) technologies, data interpretation, anomaly identification, quality assurance processes, technical reporting, and industry standards. Trainees will utilize advanced inspection technologies and proprietary software to evaluate large datasets, validate data quality, identify pipeline features and conditions, and prepare customer reporting deliverables. The program develops highly transferable analytical, problem-solving, technical communication, and data management skills while providing opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications and prepare for long-term careers in pipeline inspection data analysis and integrity management.

Participants must meet all DoD SkillBridge eligibility requirements and be authorized to work in the United States upon separation from military service.
