Program Description

We help active-duty service members, veterans, reserve/guard & military spouses convert their military experience into the fitness industry with us here at F45 as certified coaches prior to being discharged.Our F45 SkillBridge Fitness Internship Programs are a hybrid of online education and hands-on training within the F45 studio so that Interns are as educated, trained, and prepared as possible to be considered for employment within the F45 network at the completion of the program.

Job Description

The F45 SkillBridge Fitness Internship Training Program will help interns become a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) so they can become coaches, head trainers, and up to studio managers at the end of their SkillBridge Program. COACHES: Becoming a certified coach teaches interns how to motivate anyone to obtain their fitness goals, provide in-depth knowledge of the body's muscle and skeletal structure, how to assess and build custom training programs, help clients get stronger with less pain or injury, how to pinpoint what exercise is most effective for each movement, details of how diet and exercise work together to transform lives, and the deeper answers to help go beyond 'workout more' and 'eat better'.HEAD TRAINERS: Head Trainers will oversee all the trainers for the F45 studios and provide ongoing support, training, and education to be able to provide members the best possible experience. Mater Trainer - Earn the Master Trainer Certification when they have demonstrated expertise across six total certification courses in the areas of fitness, strength, wellness, and nutrition. STUDIO MANAGERS: Studio Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team at a F45 studio. As the primary for the Sales function, the Studio Manager must execute a lead generation & marketing strategies plan to increase fitness membership sales, as well as promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle. The Studio Manager is not only a mentor, but an Ambassador of the F45 brand, and a proven leader.Based on the needs (positions available) of the host studio will depend on what position an intern can learn up to during their internship while having access to take fitness certifications like: Certified Personal Trainer (minimum certification required), Strength and Conditioning, Bodybuilding Specialist, Online Coach Certification, Glue Specialist, CPT, Tactical Conditioning Coach, DNA-Based Fitness Coach, Group Exercise Instructor, Lifespan Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Powerlifting Instructor, Indoor Cycling Instructor, Yoga Instructor, Pilates Instructor, Exercise Recovery Specialist, Health Coach, Exercise Therapist, Nutrition, Weight Management, Master Trainer / Master Fitness Training / Master Fitness Coach, etc.
