Program Description
Hireworks Recruiter Bootcamp will be a 6-month SkillBridge Training Program. The program will cover 7 Modules over 24 weeks. The goal of the program is to prepare the intern to enter the field of recruiting as an entry level recruiter or above.
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Team is a critical part of our organization that supports and helps our clients hire and retain top talent in order to meet their hiring demands. All members work remotely and are positioned around the United States to provide the necessary coverage supporting our clients in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. The primary focus of our Talent Acquisition Team is to build and maintain new client relationships, improve our clients’ hiring processes, and provide quality full life-cycle recruitment services to fill vacancies for our clients. Our company depends on our recruiters to foster ongoing professional relationships with our clients, build strong pipelines of talent pools, and fill open requisites for our clients. The Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role to ensuring that our clients are successful in meeting their ongoing and changing staffing demands through equitable hiring practices. The Recruiter role is an entry level role that is critical for our growth and evolving workforce. The Recruiter’s alignment with the Talent Acquisition Team gives the Recruiter the support and direction to be successful in servicing our clients during startup and as their hiring demands evolve. The recruiter plays a very important role in driving our client satisfaction metrics high with the level of engagement the Recruiter is expected to deliver.Summary of Primary Job Functions:Sourcing 60% –Conduct active and passive candidate sourcing through diverse methods.Active Sourcing: Draft, post, and market job vacancies Review resumes and screen applicants.Passive Sourcing: Build candidate pipelines using our applicant tracking systems, social media networks, and referrals. Relationship Management 15%– Engage and track applicants and potential candidates.Communicate with applicants and potential candidates via various medium: Meet with applicants and potential candidates via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or other video conference application. Correspond with applicants via Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Social Media, Email, Phone calls, or Text Message. Track and present weekly reports on applicant and potential candidates hiring status to Manager with the following data: Hiring stage status. Number of candidates sourced. Number of phone screens. Recommendations for movement throughout the hiring process. Barriers to hire. Compose phone screen notes. Applicant Tracking & Social Media 25% - Utilize recruiting platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems and Social Media to Advertise, track, and fill vacancies.Track Applicants using LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, JazzHR, and other hiring platforms.Maintain a professional social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook.Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or other social media platforms to market vacancy announcements, advertise job openings in specialized group, and correspond with potential candidates to build vacancy pipelines and company presence. Eligibility
Must provide a signed Memorandum of Participation (MOP) from installation commander or authorized signer.Must have reliable internet connection, laptop or desktop computer, cell phone, and email.Must have a practical and professional remote workstation.Must have a video camera for remote conferencing and be willing to be video recorded for training purposes. Must be willing to work with a diverse population.Must have or be willing to obtain a social media presence.
