Program Description

The National Park Service, through Jimmy Carter National Historical Park, is offering opportunities for transitioning service members to gain career experience in the daily operation of National Park units. Opportunities include doing educational programming and community outreach, grounds keeping, farming and gardening, and a variety of other work experiences which can be determined in the selection process.

Job Description

This program is intended to help service members gain experience in the field of Federal Land Management. Experience gained may lead to career opportunities with a variety of Federal and State Land Managment agencies, including but not limited to the National Park Service.
