Job Description

You will report to a manager on your respective assigned team and will use your skills to help us transform our business and make processes more efficient. We will provide service members with valuable civilian work experience through industry specific training and on the job experience. Our opportunities at dentsu are open to hybrid or remote employees. Media Roles Include: Programmatic: You will manage programmatic campaigns across clients within the dentsu portfolio of agencies including Carat, dentsuX/360i, and iProspect. You will receive on-the-job training in industry landscape and technologies, technology partnerships, campaign management, client services, ad trafficking, analysis, and communications. Understand and implement responsibilities to traffic in the ad serving process. You will be the account point person for agency ad operations by coordinating assets for upcoming campaign launches. Manage pace reporting across campaigns and provide optimization suggestions to ensure full delivery. Become proficient in pulling data from programmatic buying platforms for reporting and provide reporting insights. Paid Search: Participate in ongoing operations and daily management of Paid Search campaigns, including: keyword research, asset development, report generation, performance analysis, and more. Present performance reports while addressing trends, anomalies, and recommended next steps. Manage budget pacing, IO creation, and daily campaign monitoring. Paid Social: Support paid social campaigns to align with client's goals. Review and manage client data to ensure performance on all campaigns. Manipulate and interpret large quantities of data. Associate Planning: Aids in the creation of client media communication plan objectives and strategies. Creates and maintains media plans, flowcharts, buying guidelines, testing plans & results analysis, budget summaries, and plan delivery. Compiles reports of market/media information for each brand/category.
