Job Description

Once complete with the Commercial HVAC Service Technician training SkillBridge members will be prepared for a role as a commercial HVAC service technician.Commercial HVAC technicians are in very high demand throughout the country. In this programSkillBridge members will learn how to serve customers in HVAC startup and servicing commercialHVAC systems and products while fostering positive customer interactions through identifying system issues and completing repairs. While in the roll of Commercial HVAC Service Technician Trainee DOD SkillBridge members will mentor and train with our fully qualified Commercial HVAC Service Technicians allowing for detailed daily training on commercial HVAC equipment. Additionally, Insight Partners Service Academy courses will be made available at no cost to our DOD SkillBridge trainees. Our Service Academy has been attended by over 400+ HVAC service technicians in 2022 alone and is recognized by industry manufactures as a gold standard in HVAC training.
