Program Description

Cobalt Robotics President and COO, Major Michael LeBlanc (USMC-R), sees the value of having Marines influence its company culture and is dedicated to helping Marines and other Veterans make a strong transition into the private sector. Our recent cohort of Account Executives, for example, consists of six former Marines: two majors, three captains, and one CWO. All six of those hires are receiving months of training that will translate their military skills to the business world and are applicable to their business careers going forward.
