Seeking HR Military Fellow for Jan 2025 start date. The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a military fellow to support the Recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new military fellows. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and conducting intake calls with candidates, reviewing resumes, managing the intake process, and providing support during onboarding. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in identifying suitable managers and teams for fellows and representing our organization at recruitment events for Veterans and Spouses. This is ideal for someone with project management or HR experience or looking to break into HR/ Recruiting.
