Program Description

• Inspects and monitors construction sites and the various work activities on these sites to verify adherence to standards, codes and specifications; takes action according to findings.• Prepares daily reports documenting inspections and other relevant project information.• Assists in preparation of contract change orders, contract estimates, progress pay estimates, and other documents or reports required by the project.• Assist with communications of field testing of materials associated with inspection.• Performs labor compliance interviews as necessary.• Communicates verbally and in writing with Contractor, Owner and Project Stakeholders as directed.
